We have raised over $1000 dollars for the MAC 2025 scholarship fund from our ’35 for 35’ champaign. If everyone who was ever at the MAC gave $35.00, we’d be able to fund the scholarships at MAC at the rate of $10,000 for the next 3 years.

MAC 2025 will be the MAC’s 35th anniversary and in honor of this, I am starting a scholarship campaign of “35 for 35.” I am asking everyone who has every participated in the MAC, as a dancer, judge, official, parent, friend cheering friends, coach helping their couples or in any other capacity, to donate $35.

The Eastern Seaboard of USA Dance competition organizers have come together to offer all USA Dance competitors the opportunity to save money at their competitions. It’s easy and fun. The MAC (Manhattan Amateur Classic) presents for the first time ‘Grading Rounds’ to all couples regardless of age, level, or couple configurations. This event is sanctioned by and has received an Event Sponsorship by NASSPDA in the amount of $500. The sanction means that the event is run under NASSPDA’s Competition Rules and the sponsorship requires that the MAC

The USA Dance Board of Directors has approved a new Dress Code that is streamlined, allows clear choices for all competitors from Pre-teen 1 to Senior V, is easier to follow, and respects our Gender Neutral policy. This dress code has been in effect since April 1, 2022. Revisions were added in December, 2022.
