Dance for Free in our 2nd annual “Grading Rounds” event. What are “Grading Rounds” you ask, well grading rounds are events where the couple has no preordained level, but rather the level is decided based on how they compare to all other couples dancing that same style. If there are a lot of really good couples, you may be placed in a lower level than usual, if there are a lot of couples at your general level and you are a little better than them, you may be placed at a higher level than usual. It all depends on who else is dancing. These events are free from any per dance fees, and we have moved them to Saturday Matinee to make it easier for all collegiate couples to participate. It’s a great way to dance more and not pay. Plus, we have a sanction and a sponsorship from NASSPDA which goes towards funding this event so that it can be free for dancers and so towards a scholarship monetary reward. It pays to enter.
